At PUKAS SURF SHOP, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboard fins, leashes, or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
